Currently our client is looking for some contract positions:

Materials/ Logistic Coordinator
4 Vacant positions:
- Balikpapan based [360 days]
- Jakarta based [300 days]
- Rig based – 2 positions (28/28 rotation) [160 days each)


Responsibilities:
• Arranging and when needed supervising inspections and surveys for marine vessels, barges and helicopters before hire
• Managing company inventory both in the office and at each Supply Base to ensure that all materials are accounted for
• Maintaining and updating the inventory list
• Coordinating all personnel transportation to the site, checking that any necessary “Surat Jalan” is obtained for incoming supervisory staff ensuring that all personnel have the correct permits and visas
• Liaising with Government officials to ensure that there are no surprises and permits and approvals are requested with ample time for processing, especially importation, exportation, fuel nomination coordination and follow up reporting is completed ahead of the time required
• Ensuring that all importation, materials transfer, inventory and all logistics documents are prepared and delivered on time, and as with all documents and transactions, are fully transparent
• Preparing and following up, with Indonesian Government officials and submitting the necessary documents in advance, for all permits, including UKL/UPL, BP Migas monthly reports, BP Migas approvals other requests by ARS, customs clearances (all Master List and import/export documents), communications permits, spot charter approvals for marine vessels and helicopters and fuel
• Requesting new materials, based on the Drilling Supervisors request and approval, using the materials request form
• Obtaining fuel nominations so there are no delays to the drilling program
• Ensuring all materials movements are well documented and approved call outs and materials and logistics purchase orders and contracts are in place in accordance with the Company Supply Chain procedures before the time that they are needed
• Preparing Materials Transfer Reports and documenting movement of materials and providing the daily inventory update for all suppliers and recommending a forward plan for vessel and truck movements to meet materials demand on the rig
• Reconciling all materials inventory, document transfers and load lists with requisitions, call out documents and materials requests
• Preparing flight requests and checking final manifests for air, sea and land transport
Qualifications:
• Having at least 5 years experience of offshore drilling operations



Cost Accounting [300 days]
Responsibilities:
• Logging, coding and checking invoices
• Preparing daily cost report
• Reconciling costs against AFE

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree with 7 years accounting experience with some well type accounting preferable



Well Test Supervisor [140 days]

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all well testing operations are performed in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective manner
• Continuously evaluates operations, with a view to identifying, recommending and implementing methods of improving safety and performance
• Ensures that all data collected is accurate, and that it is reported and distributed correctly in a timely manner
• Coordinating rig schedules with company Subcontractor to ensure that equipment and personnel logistics are optimized
• Supervising and certify pre-acceptance of well testing equipment and tubular inspections
• Preparing rig site recommendations for operational and logistics improvements for end of well reports
• Ensuring that the well testing equipment are properly tested, maintained and operated by qualified personnel
Qualifications:
• Having 10-15 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in well testing operations
